  1. Visit us or book a meeting

    Visit us for a campus tour – get a feel for your campus by signing up for a tour. You’ll visit classrooms, residences, athletic facilities and receive answers to your most pressing questions.

    Your tour guide will be able to answer your questions throughout the tour, or plan to stay for an extra 30 minutes to participate in a group advising session with your peers.

    Advising appointments – Schedule a time to connect with an admissions advisor in our new space on the second floor of the Hunter Student Commons (HnSC). Alternatively, you can choose to meet with us virtually by zoom or by phone.

    Appointment hours are:

    • Monday to Wednesday & Friday from 9:00 a.m. – 12:30 p.m (MST)
    • Thursdays from 10:00 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. (MST)

    We recommend booking an appointment if:

    • you have a varied or complex academic history,
    • you’d like to discuss the specifics of your admission decision, or
    • your application was not successful and you'd like to discuss next steps.

    • you prefer a face-to-face interaction,
