Degree reprints

 

The university provides one copy of the parchment (the degree); however, due to extraordinary circumstance, a replacement degree may be issued. A degree reprint form is available if needed. The new degree will be marked "duplicate" with the date it was reprinted.

You can use the following options to provide proof of graduation from the university:

Transcript

An official transcript can be used as proof of your degree. Your credentials will appear on your transcript once you've been approved by your faculty.

Certified copy of degree

Please note: In-person services for this service is temporarily suspended.

The Office of the Registrar can make certified true copies of your degree. Mail your parchment to the convocation office to have it certified. The certified copy of degree form is available online.
