Thinking big and broad? Career fairs offer the benefit of large-scale, high-volume events with maximum reach. Each fair is designed to help employers connect with the right students, ensuring each has the best opportunity to make the right connections at our events.

Featuring teaching opportunities both locally and abroad. This fair attracts primarily Education students, as well as some Arts students.

The Winter Career Fair draws students from all faculties, providing a great opportunity for you to promote and/or actively recruit for full-time positions, internship/co-op opportunities or summer student positions.
Deadline: Jan. 10
Host a private session with students to spotlight your company. Information sessions are an excellent way to introduce your recruitment team, network with prospective graduates, promote upcoming job opportunities and show students why your organization is a great place to work.
Do you have your own event organized, virtually or on-campus? If you'd like to have Career Services promote your event information on Elevate, social media, newsletters and on our website, you can choose this option.
Elevate's campus-wide job board reaches current UCalgary students from across all faculties, as well as recent UCalgary alumni. Targeted job boards are also available if you are looking to reach a specific faculty.
For the most effective job post, we recommend that jobs be posted for a minimum of two weeks, up to one month. You can post opportunities for the following type of positions:
Campus-wide job board
With a featured job, you can upload your company logo and have your job displayed at the top of Elevate's campus-wide job boards.
A limited number of featured postings are available each month.
Streamline your process by conducting interviews for co-op, internship or new grad positions on campus. On-site interview rooms are available in Career Services and can be booked through Elevate.

Cancellation policy
Refunds can be issued for up to 10 business days from the date of registration less a $50 administrative fee. Registrations within 30 days of the event date are non-transferable and non-refundable.
Alcohol, tobacco and cannabis companies
If your company operates in the alcohol, cannabis, or tobacco industry we are unable to accept any form of sponsorship of student events. It is the company’s responsibility to ensure a corporate booth/display and any featured postings conform to the requirements of the relevant legislation.
