Key Information

Experience Ventures is for students, startups, and social ventures.

Students will get paid to hone entrepreneurial thinking skills and work on projects with new companies and technologies that are shaping the future. For a full breakdown of the benefits, visit experienceventures.ca/students.

Startups and social ventures can find the right early talent with the right mindset to accelerate their future—at no cost. For more information, visit experienceventures.ca/companies.

The Experience Ventures pilot program is running from Summer 2021 to Winter 2022.

Students apply for an entrepreneurial thinking placement facilitated by their school, and will be paid for their time through Experience Ventures. New companies provide in-kind support, such as time, space or expertise, and benefit from having students work on projects at no cost.

Both students and companies go through an onboarding process and participate in one of five types of entrepreneurial thinking placements. After they've completed the placement, both students and companies will evaluate their experiences.

For more information on entrepreneurial thinking placements, visit experienceventures.ca/about.
