Lynne Morton, President, Performance Improvement (PI) Solutions (www.pisols.com ) is a globally- recognized expert on talent management and recipient of the 2009 HR Leadership Award at the World HRD Congress. She helps organizations and individuals maximize their potential, for business results, with a special focus on developing women leaders.  A certified Executive Coach, Lynne is also an Adjunct Professor at NYU. 

During her 20+year career, she has held leadership roles at PricewaterhouseCoopers and Marsh & McLennan Cos. Her entrepreneurial experience includes having co-founded TalentScope, where she was COO.  Since founding PI Solutions in 2001, she has counseled or coached professionals across industry sectors in the U.S., Europe, EMEA, AsiaPac and So. America.  She has been a featured speaker at global and professional assoc. meetings, and has been published extensively. 

 

Based in New York, Ms. Morton is an expert columnist for The Glass Hammer and a Facilitator for AmericaSpeaks Network. She also sits on the Executive Research Board for Chief Learning Officer/Human Capital Media and the Leading Insights Panel for the Center for Creative Leadership. She holds a B.A. degree with honors from Vassar College, and an M.A. degree from Georgetown University.
