Residence Agreements

Your Residence Agreement

The Residence Agreement is found online through the Resident Portal. The agreement must be completed prior to checking into your room. As part of completing the Residence Agreement, it is required that students read and understand the Community Standards.

Residence Agreements are available online for the fall semester on Aug. 1, winter semester on Dec. 1, and spring/summer semesters on April 15.

Completing Your Residence Agreement

1. Log in to the Resident Portal

2. Go to your application

3. Complete the Resident's Selections (which includes selecting your meal plan)

4. "Agree" to the Residence Agreement. Your electronic agreement constitutes your signature without requiring you to mail in signed documents.
