Submit student news and events

If you represent a UCalgary service group of faculty, use this form to submit messages for:

UThisWeek, GRADpost, Bear Tracks, Career Services, Faith and Spirituality Centre, International Student Services, Student Wellness Services, Women's Resource Centre, Writing Symbols Lodge, and the undergraduate student news and events page.

Messages should be submitted at least three business days prior to the week you would like them published. 

If you would like your message included in any of the publications listed below, please review the submission guidelines and ensure that your content meets each publication's standards before you submit. Submissions may be revised by each newsletter's editor to fit the given publication's format.
