University Legal Services is responsible for facilitating the coordination of policy development and consultation for all institutional policies and procedures.

An institutional policy or procedure,

i.e. University Policy or Procedure, is:

(i) written and substantively revised in accordance with an approved Policy Development Plan;
(ii) formally approved by an officer or official body of the University; and
(iii) published on www.ucalgary.ca/policies.
