P.2.4 Delinquent Student Accounts

Any current or former student with an outstanding account balance, including any fees owed to administrative departments, the Students' Union or the Graduate Students' Association, will not be allowed to register in future terms, nor will they receive transcripts or their parchments at graduation. Students may also be denied access to other University services until the outstanding account is settled in full, or in exceptional circumstances an acceptable payment arrangement is made. Delinquent student accounts that are 120 days past due, will receive a final notice in the mail and the balance will be forwarded to an external collection agency.

Undergraduate students are encouraged to consult with Enrolment Services if they are having difficulty meeting their financial obligations.

Graduate students are encouraged to consult with the Faculty of Graduate Studies if they are having difficulty meeting their financial obligations.
