Come visit!
Come visit with a trained student volunteer who is ready to listen and talk with you about your concerns. The peer listener is knowledgeable about on- and off-campus resources that might be suitable for your current experience. Everything you tell them is confidential, unless you're at risk of harming yourself or someone else. Peer listeners are supported by Student Wellness Services.
Peer listening is currently being offered in-person and is located through the side door of Student Wellness Services in MSC 373 (3rd floor of MacEwan Student Centre). There is a sign directly outside of the Peer Listening office, which is 373A. If this door is closed, the Peer Listeners may currently be supporting another student, so please have a seat on the couches and they will be with you shortly.
Peer listening is accessible for current UCalgary students only.
Peer listening runs from September to April and is available Monday-Friday, 1-4 p.m.
