Survey Reports
The university’s senior leadership team, which includes deans, will facilitate ongoing implementation of action plans based on their respective engagement results, and the progress of those plans will be monitored by the president’s executive leadership team.
Fifty per cent of faculty and staff - 3,022 in total - participated in the 2013 survey. Overall, the 2013 results show improvement over 2011, especially in the areas of: leadership; respect and recognition; direction; ratings of faculty, institute or administrative unit; and learning and research focus.
